The protection of your privacy in the processing of personal data and the security of all business data is an important concern to us at DEKRA Media, which we take into account in our business processes. When the Internet pages are called up, DEKRA receives usage data which is stored for backup purposes. The user data is evaluated for statistical purposes. The regular evaluation of the access statistics to the web pages shows the temporal development of the visitor response as well as the different success of different offers on the web page. Among other things, it is the basis for controlling the further development of the website. No user data is disclosed to third parties, neither for commercial nor non-commercial purposes.

Applicable law and legal basis

DEKRA processes your data in accordance with the applicable European and German data protection regulations and treats them confidentially. The legal basis for processing and storage is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and § 7 UWG (Law against Unfair Competition) for advertising purposes.
